WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS

Quote: Request a quote on our website under "Request Custom Quote" you will receive a response within 48 business day hours. Check your spam/junk folder.

Order Placed: Once your order is placed we will instruct you to set up a pick up appointment on our website under " Set Up Pick Up Appointment" this is the time and date you will pick up your custom order and this appointment is what holds your order in our schedule.

Confirmation: We will confirm your order 10-14 days prior to your pick up appointment. We will email you a copy of your invoice that can be paid via online or at time of pick up.

Cancellations: Due to the nature of our work, once we have began baking your custom order, we cannot cancel your order. No exceptions.

The Day of Pick-Up: Pick up is at 40 Duke Drive in Carmel NY. You will receive a text/email reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up window. Upon arrival, please ring doorbell next to the garage door. Please be mindful of your selected pick up time and try to arrive within the selected window. As we typically have back-to-back pick ups, when you are late to yours, it interferes with other customers’ scheduled pick ups.

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY CUSTOM ORDER?

As soon as you know the date of your event. We book up 90% of the time. We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance for most custom orders.

DO YOU DO LARGE/BULK ORDERS FOR EVENTS AND PARTIES?

Yes, we do a lot of weddings and large events. Customized by color, theme, and flavor to fit your events
every need!

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE GIFTS?

Yes, we have many large national corporate clients, and offer a variety
of corporate gift options that can be customized with your corporation’s
logo and colors.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are a by appointment dessert boutique with no showroom. Your custom order is booked via email. Once your order is confirmed we will ask you to set up a pick up appointment on our website. Pick up will be at Duke Drive in Carmel NY.

WHAT ARE YOUR PICK UP TIMES?

All custom order pick ups are by appointment scheduled on our website. We recommend picking up the day before your event. Our pick up days are Fridays from 10:30- 5pm and Saturdays from 11- 4pm.

DO YOU SHIP?

We will ship per request via UPS. Contact us for more details

WHAT IS A PRESALE?

A pre sale is what we do for many holidays including Christmas and
Valentines day. We come up with sets of cookies at set prices that you’re able to purchase. I advertise these on Instagram and Facebook. You place the order through our website.

There will be a set day for pick up of orders, there is not an option for delivering these due to the larger volume of orders.

For presales, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice since
typically these are done with a shorter ordering window than the custom orders.

Unless specified there are no changes/substitutions with pre-sales – the colors and designs come as is. Usually the only customization is adding a person’s name to the cookie. It will be clearly marked which cookies can have names added to them.

WHAT IS A POP UP?

A Pop Up is when we set up a storefront area for a few hours with premade sets and sweets available for walk up purchase. We typically do these around holidays and are a great way for you to get cookies and other sweets if you didn’t order
in the presale. We always advertise our pop ups on Instagram and Facebook.

WHAT SWEETS DO YOU SELL?

You can find our all year round sweet Menu on our website. We do offer off menu items like chocolate chip cookies, brownies, chocolate chip cakes and depending on the theme or season we will add other sweets to our menu.

DO YOU MAKE PARTY FAVORS?

Yes! Almost any item can be made to be the perfect party give away! During your order inquiry let us know you would like to have treats made for your guests to take home. We offer custom cardstock tags . We will go over packaging options or design custom packaging to ensure your event has the look you are after!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in our baked
goods, including real butter, whole eggs, and fresh fruit and nuts. We
don’t use preservatives in any of our products. We suggestion consumption within 24 hours of receipt for the best experience / ideal freshness.

ARE YOU A NUT FREE FACILITY?

Our decorated sugar cookies are nut free.

Some of our ingredients for our other sweets are manufactured in plants that process nuts. While we don’t use nuts directly in our products, we cannot guarantee that the ingredients come from nut free facilities and have had no cross contamination before reaching our
facility.

SHOULD I REFRIGERATE MY SWEETS?

Decorated cookies are best kept at
room temperature, as the condensation from refrigerating or freezing can cause the icing to smear. We recommend keeping them in their cello bags and storing them in an airtight container to keep them fresh for up to 2-3 weeks.

Our cake pops and cakesicles are baked from scratch with no added preservatives and will remain fresh in room temperature for up to a week. Do not refrigerate before your event as the change of temperature can cause your cake pop to sweat and compromise the look of your cake pops. Always be very careful to keep your pops out of heat and direct sunlight. After your event, for a longer shelf life, you may refrigerate our cake pops for up to 2 weeks.

Try to eat your cupcakes as soon as possible—they’ll taste freshest that way. In the event you cannot eat them all in one day,  we do NOT
recommend refrigeration; they keep best in an airtight container at room temperature. For a longer shelf life, 5-10 days, refrigerate in air tight container and bring to room temperature 2-4 hours prior to consumption.

Our other sweets products should be kept cool to prevent melting and maintain quality- cool pantry temperature. We recommend finding a cool, dry place for storage. Sealing them in an airtight container or zip lock bag is also helpful in
preserving freshness. Pretzels, oreos, krispies, twinkies, marshmallows have a 6-8 week shelf life.
